Child Safety Standards

Child Safety and CSAE Prevention Standards

Shinhwa strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any inappropriate sexual content or behavior involving minors. These standards apply to the Shinhwa website, app, community, support channels, and connected services.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors
  • CSAM or suspected CSAM, including images, videos, links, files, descriptions, requests, or attempted transactions
  • Sexual conversations with minors, attempts to solicit contact, requests for personal information, or moving minors to external channels
  • Attempts to obstruct child safety reports or hide related evidence

How to Report

Users may report child safety concerns through the in-app support center, reporting features, or email. If there is immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement or the relevant authority first.

Review and Enforcement

  • Reported content and accounts are reviewed as quickly as possible.
  • When a violation is confirmed, we may remove content, restrict accounts, or suspend access to the service.
  • If CSAM or a serious child safety risk is suspected, we report and cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
  • We may preserve relevant records when necessary for safety, compliance, and enforcement.

Prevention and Operations

Shinhwa works to reduce child safety risks through community moderation, support handling, report review, and enforcement records. Moderators prioritize child safety reports and follow applicable laws and Google Play child safety standards.
